The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement with the Seller by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the desired return (s) and order number) no later than within 7 (seven) working days from receipt of the goods. days. The buyer may exercise this right to terminate the contract if the goods have not been damaged or their appearance has not substantially changed. Changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging which were necessary for its inspection cannot be considered as substantial changes in appearance. In the event of a dispute as to the appearance of the goods, an expert examination may be ordered. Its costs are borne by the guilty party.
If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase and sale agreement, the goods shall be returned to the Buyer's account within 15 days from the Buyer's written notice of the withdrawal from the sale and purchase agreement.
In order to return the product (s), the Buyer must complete the return document and submit it together with the returned product (s).
The following conditions must be met when the buyer returns the goods:
• the returned product must be in the original neat packaging;
• the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
• The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peel-off protective films, etc.). This item does not apply in the event of the return of a defective product. Changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging which were necessary to inspect the product shall not be considered as substantial changes in the appearance of the product;
• the returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;
• When returning the goods, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase (if it was issued) and the completed return document.
The Buyer may deliver the returned goods to the store himself on his working days and working hours by prior agreement with the store employees, by the means of communication specified in the Contacts section, or send them using the courier services of his choice or the Seller.
When the wrong and / or defective goods are returned, the Seller undertakes to pick up such goods as soon as possible and replace them with similar suitable goods. In the event that the Seller does not have similar goods, he shall return to the Buyer the money paid for the product (s) and for the delivery of the product (s).
The characteristics and sizes of each product sold in the Store are generally indicated in the product description attached to each product. The manufacturer provides a quality guarantee for certain types of goods, valid for a certain period of time, the specific term and other conditions of which are specified in the descriptions of such goods.
In the event that the Manufacturer does not provide a guarantee of the quality of items for certain types of goods, the guarantee provided by the relevant legal acts shall apply.
